Shelly has been with Advantage since 2014 as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and COO. Shelly has a BAS degree in Technology Management from the University of North Georgia, a AAS degree in Paralegal Studies from Athens Technical College and a AS degree in Art from Georgia Perimeter College. Before beginning her career at Advantage, Shelly worked as a Senior Paralegal for 10 years at a law firm in Winder. Shelly grew up as the only child of an Air Force Chief Master Sargent which took her all over the United States, Alaska, England, Scotland, Wales and France before settling in Georgia. She lives in Winder with her son, Bailey, who is studying Welding at Lanier Technical College; her daughter, Chelsea, is a senior at Valdosta State University and is studying Speech Communications and Public Relations. In her free time, Shelly enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
