On Sunday, October 25th, Friends of Advantage, Inc. and The Melting Point will be hosting a traditional and contemporary Gospel brunch to help spread awareness about Advantage Behavioral Health Systems’ services for people who are dealing with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and alcohol and substance abuse issues.

“Friends of Advantage, Inc.”, ABHS’ 501(c)(3) program, is a secondary funding avenue to sustain ABHS’ services. The mission of Friends is to enhance the lives of people served by Advantage Behavioral Health Systems by expanding knowledge and resources beyond those provided by families, government or insurance.

Advantage serves nearly 10,000 clients each year including children and adolescents from ages 3-18, homeless individuals, single women with children, people with dual diagnosis including mental health, substance abuse disorders, and developmental disabilities.

Come join us from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or at any time during those three hours as we inform you about ABHS, and enjoy some delicious food with the touching sounds of Lazarus Unwound and Athens’ The Lighthouse Gospelettes. The brunch buffet and admission price will be all inclusive at a total of $22 per ticket.
